Deputy Head of College (new position)

As the Deputy Head of College, you will collaborate with the Head of College to provide strong leadership, ensuring the continued positive organizational culture of St Margaret’s College. You'll have the chance to:

• Foster a vibrant learning community where mutual respect and positive attitudes to living and learning thrive.
• Provide essential pastoral care to our Members, supporting and guiding them in their personal and academic journeys.
• Deputise for the Head of College during their absence.
• Assist in the strategic and operational management of the College, enhancing our reputation as a sought-after residence.
• Oversee the College Conferencing and Housekeeping functionalities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
