Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made up to 1 month before the booked arrival date incur no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 1 month to 7 days before the booked arrival date will be charged 25% of the total booked accommodation amount as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days of the booked arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booked accommodation.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, no shows or early departures will receive no refund, i.e. will incur 100% of the total booked accommodation as a cancellation fee.
