Please be aware that your booking is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Off-street parking is available at the college for you conference guests upon request.
  2. Extra charges may apply if there is any deviation from the previously agreed requirements.
  3. Guests wanting to hire additional rooms are asked to inform the Conference Coordinator as soon as possible.
  4. Changes to catering numbers must be confirmed one week prior to the function date.
  5. A surcharge will apply to groups that stay beyond the time agreed for departure, specified on the function sheet.
  6. Groups will be charged for any damage to equipment or furniture whilst at the College.
  7. No smoking in College buildings or grounds
