Each year we actively look for University of Otago students who can join us and enhance our Membership. We're not elitist, or focused solely on academics. Rather we are hoping to find students who have a proven application to work and a commitment to helping others.
University education is about a mixing of ideas and cultures. To foster this, St. Margaret’s chooses students who collectively create a mix of various backgrounds, interests, abilities and academic aspirations. While it is true that many of our Members are studying health sciences courses, we encourage and welcome applications from students in ALL disciplines.
Make sure that you choose St Margaret's as your College of first preference when you complete the University’s online application form.
In early October, we consider applications and select those who we will offer a place to later in that same month.
