Chef Beth Henderson produces the most wonderful desserts for College Members and last Saturday (21 April 2018) was no exception when a variety of brightly coloured homemade cupcakes appeared to complement the "Superheroes and their Alter Egos" themed dinner.
Of course, the cupcakes didn't just appear. A huge amount of Chef Beth's thought, love, care and effort went into making them.
Just take a look at the amazing cupcakes in the accompanying video and photos. Makes you feel really hungry, doesn't it? They remind me of the wonderful fare available at many children's birthday parties! And we are all just children at heart, aren't we?!
And doesn't Beth do an incredible job? She regularly astounds us with her "Beth's Dessert Surprises" and is always on the lookout for new recipes to tantalise our taste-buds.
I couldn't resist one of the Batman cupcakes and loved it! And I can confirm that all the other "children" present that evening thoroughly appreciated the best cupcakes ever. Thank you, Beth.
