All are reminded that at the end of the academic year in November, Members should leave 24 hours after their last exam or Sunday, 10 November 2019, whichever date is the earliest.
The end-of-semester examination timetable has been released by the University which means that Members can finalise their travel arrangements for returning home.
This year's second semester examination period begins on 16 October and ends on 9 November. However, this does not mean that all students will write their final examination on 9 November. Depending on the papers they take in the second semester, their final examination could even take place in late October.
The College's rules are that Members should leave within 24 hours after having written their last exam or Sunday, 10 November 2019, whichever date is the earliest. The main reason for this is to ensure that the College remains a quiet place for the many who are still writing exams at the time. Any exceptions to this rule should be discussed with the Dean of Students, George Connolly.
You are asked to please check with your young person about the date of their last exam before booking transport to return home.
Please note, however, that the 13 College Leaders all leave on 10 November irrespective of when their particular exams end.
