The Choir performed a beautiful and sincere rendition of the hymn Abide with me at the University's Graduation Thanksgiving Service on Thursday, 13 May 2017.
University Chaplain, Greg Hughson, invited the St Margaret’s College Choir to sing at the Graduation Thanksgiving Service in the Hunter Centre on Thursday, 13 May 2017. The Choir spent many hours practicing and sang beautifully on the day, conducted by College Member Richard Gayfer. Thanks to the particular hymn (Abide with me) being chosen, the Chaplain was able to base his message on the theme of what it means to abide in God today, in academia and beyond. Greg Hughson is a loyal Fellow of the College and also our Chaplain. Click on the image below to listen to one verse of Abide with me.
